We are looking at students for our General Management Training Program ( GMT) , Kitchen Management Training Program ( KMT), Kitchen Operations Training Program ( KOT) and Trainee HR executive Training Program.
For GMT program - the MBA, MTA, BHM students and also B Com students can apply.
For KMT program – BHM students can apply.
For Tr. HR Exe program – MBA ( HR) students can apply
Program Details –
GMT / KMT – Duration – 2 years. At the end of the first year, the candidates take the role of an Asst Dept Head. At the end of the two years they are placed as Asst HOD and in 4-5 years they are groomed to be unit heads with cgh earth. Stipend during the first year – Rs 12000 plus food & Accomodation. The candidates, at the end of two years they become a Jr. Sous Chef. The stipend is the same for both the programs.
KOT – Duration 2 years. Stiepnd – First Year – Rs 7500 plus food and accommodation. After the successful completion of the program they are taken as Demi CDPs.
Tr HR Exe – Duration – 1 year. Stipend – Rs 8500 plus food & accommodation.
